Letitia Ray is located in Daytona Beach, Florida, which includes Volusia County. She has been in the Mortgage Industry since 2005 with an emphasis on Mortgage Loan Origination. While working in the industry, she would encounter many families with various life challenges that would prevent them from qualifying for a home loan. Wanting a way to help families have a great home loan experience, she volunteered for 3 years with Promiseland home buyers program as a counselor to first-time homebuyers. This gave her the opportunity to teach and empower families on the home loan process.

Letitia has knowledge in the VA, FHA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan products. With her expertise in Loan Origination, she welcomes the opportunity to structure a Mortgage loan package tailored to fit your specific needs.
